About the role
Lead a multi-disciplinary pod of engineers and designers across concurrent client engagements. You will own people management, hiring, delivery quality, and the long-term technical direction of your pod. Expect to balance hands-on technical leadership with structured 1:1s, performance growth, and direct partnership with client executives. You will be the senior-most technical voice your team and your clients rely on.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years managing engineers.
- Strong background in modern web or cloud engineering.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-track programs.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management.
- Genuine enthusiasm for growing engineers and building a healthy team culture.
