Staff Platform Engineer
Own cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes platforms, and developer experience across multiple client engagements.

About the role
Set the technical direction for our Cloud & Platform practice. You will design cloud-native architectures across AWS, GCP, and Azure, build internal platforms that accelerate every engineering team, and lead the most challenging migrations and modernizations our clients face. Expect to spend time across architecture, hands-on engineering, mentoring, and partnering with client leadership. You will define the patterns, conventions, and reusable building blocks that the rest of the company depends on.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of infrastructure or platform engineering experience at scale.
- Expertise across Kubernetes, Terraform, and at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
- Proven track record leading large migrations, multi-cluster platforms, or developer experience initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills.
